Vehicle fault tracing in Astana

When an error is only a symptom: we look for the cause in control-unit data.

What it is

Sometimes an error is only a symptom. To find the cause we analyse codes, freeze frames and live parameters and compare them with expected values.

When you need it

  • The error comes back after clearing
  • The symptoms are unclear or appear now and then
  • You want to confirm the diagnosis before costly part replacement
  • Diagnostics showed several related errors

What F01 does

We analyse control-unit data and explain what to check next. Electronic diagnostics narrows the search; mechanical parts are checked at a repair shop.

Which vehicles

Compatibility depends on the make, model and year, and is set by what the equipment actually supports. Select your vehicle in the calculator or message us — we will confirm before you book.

Frequently asked questions

Will you definitely find the cause?

We do not promise a guaranteed result: electronic diagnostics narrows the search but does not replace inspecting the parts in person.

Will I need to go to a repair shop afterwards?

If the cause is mechanical — yes. We will tell you which part or system to check.

How long does fault tracing take?

It depends on the complexity. Roughly an hour; we will be more precise when you book.

Can I come without an appointment?

No. We work by appointment only — so there is no queue and the technician is waiting for you at the agreed time.

How do I find out the meeting point?

After your booking is confirmed we send the name of the point, a description and a route link in 2GIS.

Do you issue a receipt and a work completion act?

After the service you can receive a fiscal receipt and a work completion act.
