What it is
Computer diagnostics means connecting a professional scanner to the vehicle’s diagnostic port. We read fault codes and control-unit data and explain what they mean — so it is clear why the Check Engine light came on and what to do next.

What can computer diagnostics show?
Fault codes and control-unit data for the engine, transmission, ABS, airbags and other units — where the equipment supports them. It shows where to look for the cause, but does not replace inspecting mechanical parts.
Will diagnostics fix the fault by itself?
No. Diagnostics finds and explains the problem. Mechanical faults are fixed at a repair shop, while electronic procedures such as clearing codes or registering a battery can be done at F01.
How long does it take?
Roughly 30 minutes. The exact time depends on the vehicle and is shown when you book.
Can I come without an appointment?
No. We work by appointment only — so there is no queue and the technician is waiting for you at the agreed time.
How do I find out the meeting point?
After your booking is confirmed we send the name of the point, a description and a route link in 2GIS.
Do you issue a receipt and a work completion act?
After the service you can receive a fiscal receipt and a work completion act.
